Support the YMCA Strong
Kids Campaign by Subscribing to the Reporter
Help support the North Penn YMCA's Strong Kids Campaign
by becoming a subscriber to The Reporter newspaper.
The Reporter will donate $15 of your paid subscription
to the Y's annual fundraising campaign that provides
financial assistance for memberships and programs to
those who may not otherwise be able to afford them.

Drop & Shop Events - Friday, May
9 from 5:00-9:00 PM
Enjoy a time out while we take care of your children.
Ages 1-12 can join us for a variety of activities that
include swimming, dinner, games and crafts, and lots of
turkey themed fun. We keep your children safe and busy
while you shop and relax. To register, pick up a flyer
at our membership desk. You do not have to be a Y member
to take advantage of these good times.
Fees per child are:
$15
for full members
$20
for program members

for community participants
Indian Valley Family YMCA
Spring Golf Classic - Monday, June 16, 2008
The Fifth Annual Indian Valley Family YMCA Spring Golf
Classic will be
held to benefit our "Kids to Camp" Financial
Assistance Program. For a fee
of just $165, we invite you to join us for an exciting
afternoon of golf at
Lederach Golf Course located on Route 113 in Lower Salford
Township.
Highlights of the tournament include scramble format,
exclusive use of the driving range and putting green,
and a putting contest. Compete against other golfers for
the longest drive, closest to the pin, raffles, and many
other chances to win prizes.
Registration begins at 10:30AM and the day's events conclude
with an awards
dinner at 6:00PM.

3rd Annual Kugel Ball
5K Walk/Jog/Run - Saturday, June 7 at 8:30AM
LaCrest Health Center along with Parry Physical Therapy
Group and the North Penn Rotary are proud to present
the 3rd Annual Lansdale Day-Kugel Ball 5K Walk/Jog/Run.
This fun-filled family event will kick off the 31st
Annual Lansdale Day. Our 3.1mile course begins on Green
Street and winds through town finishing up on Railroad
Avenue. Bring your family, bring our friends and walk,
jog or run your way to fun! T-shirts to all pre-registrants.
Trophies to the top male and female finisher. Medals
to the first three male and female finishers in 12 divisions.
Pre-registration by June 1 is $15
Day of race registration is $20

Lansdale Branch
Penny Auction - Tuesday,
April 15 at 6:30 PM
The Penny Auction will have a baseball theme and proceeds
will benefit the North Penn YMCA's Strong Kids Annual
Giving Campaign. You are invited to bring friends and
family out for the game and show your support for Team
YMCA by bidding on items and services. Tickets are $5
and may be purchased in the membership office. If you
are interested in donating items or services to be auctioned,
please contact Donna or Jen in the membership office
at 215-368-1601. All contributions are tax deductible.
