Five Days of Action will occur during the week of April 22-26 during Child Abuse Prevention Month. Leading up to Healthy Kids Day®, a national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids, Five Days of Action focuses on preventing child sexual abuse by sharing simple actions you can take to step up and speak out to prevent child sexual abuse.
You play a vital role in bringing awareness to the issue of child sexual abuse. By stepping up and speaking out, we can all work together to make our community a safer place for children.
Together, we can stand up to demand that children are protected and speak out to encourage all adults to make it happen. But it takes all of us.
- By bringing awareness to the issue of child sexual abuse to your community, you are making a difference.
- By fostering conversations around how we can prevent it, you are making a difference.
- By speaking up if you see a boundary violation, you are making a difference.
- By stepping up and speaking out against child sexual abuse, you are not only saving childhoods, but improving the lives of all of us
