The Challenges tile is where you’ll find various challenges where simply by moving and exercising, you can win amazing prizes or compete with friends or coworkers. You can find information on each challenge by clicking open, see the leaderboard, and any rules about the challenges all from the app. To join the challenge, simply click the Join Challenge button at the bottom of the description.
