A member and participant in the Deep Water Aquatics Classes recently dubbed it the cacoon class since it feels so good.
This water exercise class focuses on abs, thighs and buttocks. It’s a great way to tone your body in warm water. Swim belts are provided to the participants.
The class is offered at both of our branches free to full members with a fee for program members as follows;
