In addition to our physical fitness classes and facilities, we provide educational programs to promote healthier decisions and support physical, intellectual and spiritual strength.
Personal Wellness Programs
From “Y” Walkers to personal or group training to women’s adult weight lifting, we have what you need to reach your optimal fitness goals. For those ages 14 and up, we also offer complimentary fitness assessments, wellness center orientations, fitness and nutrition tracking system, and participation in our Y Rewards: Healthy Living program.
SmartStart Member Program
Our Member SmartStart program provides you with tools and support to help you live a healthy and active life. Through this FREE program, we’ll help you meet your wellness goals, feel better, and reward you along the way!
Weight Loss Program
We offer a weight loss program that helps our members lose weight successfully. Through this program, members will get support, tips, and motivation to stay on track with their weight loss goals.
Group Exercise Classes
Enjoy the health and social benefits of one of our many exercises classes, including Zumba, Cardio, Tabata, Body Shaping, Kickboxing, Yoga, Boxing, P90X, Pilates, RPM, and so much more. We have classes for every shape and level.
Active Older Adults
Being an active older adult has its challenges; but fitness doesn’t have to be one of them. We offer basketball, yoga, cardio, core strengthening, and body toning. For leisure we have card and bowling clubs, trips, luncheons, educational seminars, and many other social activities.
