Personal Training is available for individuals who would like one-on-one sessions with our instructors at our Indian Valley and Lansdale Area branches. Trainers will workout with you and answer any questions you might have concerning your program. Your session include body fat testing, personal exercise program, fitness testing, and large amounts of motivation.

SMALL GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES

TRX YOUTH & TEEN | 10-14 yrs

Learn the foundations and principles of suspension training with TRX: Youth and Teen. Participants will be in a small group setting and work closely with a trainer to learn how they can increase their strength and stability through body-weight exercises. This program is great for younger members who are looking to add variety to their workout or athletes in need of extra training outside of practice.

TRX BOOT CAMP | 14 yrs+

Build strength and stability in an exciting yet challenging environment with suspension training! Participants use TRX equipment to focus on core, legs, arms, and more. Many other tools of the fitness trade are also employed to keep the program fast-paced and fun in a small group setting. All fitness levels are welcome!

Y-FIT | 16 yrs+

For those looking for a strength training and conditioning class to help them with the functionality of everyday lifting movements as well as high intensity metabolic conditioning, look no further than this class, using kettle bells, medicine balls, and body weight, these workouts will help you jump start your day as well as make the everyday tasks of life feel like nothing! This class has a maximum enrollment of 6 participants, so you will enjoy plenty of individualized attention from the trainer teaching the class.
