It’s been 4 weeks? Are you keeping to your healthy lifestyle resolution? By week 4 of the new year, many of our resolutions have dwindled. It is often because we do not have a clear plan of action and accountability that motivates or inspires us to keep moving forward. Go get your journal of your goals and let’s re-evaluate each step.
Step 1:
What are your short and long term goals for this month, the next 3 months, and 6 months from now? Are your goals SMART goals?
Step 2:
Have you been following your plan? What are your workout times? Are you eating your fruits and veggies?
Step 3:
Are you holding yourself accountable? What is straying you from your plan? Do you need to make some adjustments in order to achieve your goals?
Step 4:
Who is your support system? Do you need help finding a support system?
No matter what you have done in the past that has not given you the success you wanted, take a deep breath and move forward with your plan. Remember, our wellness coaches are available to assist you in moving forward and keeping you on track.
