For 20 minutes a day, five days a week, we’ll experiment with challenges and rhythms designed to open us up to a purpose-driven life that is STRONG. A. No. Anyone can join and it’s totally free!
Q. When does the Y Strong Community Challenge Start?
A. The STRONG Community Challenge begins on Monday, October 19 and ends on Friday, November 27.

A. A buddy to help you stay motivated and accountable during the Challenge. Anyone can be an accountabili-buddy, ask your friend, family member, neighbor, or coworker! Remember the Challenge is FREE.

Q. Will I receive information during the Challenge to help me stay on track?
A. Yes. Each week of the Challenge you will receive 3 motivational texts and one email to keep you going! Visit the Y National STRONG Facebook Group (created by YMCA of Greater Cincinnati) daily to keep up with your teammate’s wins and share your progress.
