For 30 minutes a day, five days a week, we’ll experiment with challenges and rhythms designed to open us up to a purpose-driven life that is STRONG. Q. Is the RESET Community Challenge just for Y members?
A. No. Anyone can join and it’s totally free!
Q. Can I use the Y to help me stay on track during the challenge?
A. Non-members can access the Y facilities ONE FREE MONTH during the 6-week challenge. You can also access the Virtual Y beginning Monday, February 1. Please note: Free one month passes are valid for non-members participating in the RESET Challenge only.
Q. When does the RESET Community Challenge Start?
A. The RESET Community Challenge to a STRONG life begins on Monday, February 1 and ends on Friday, March 19.

Q. What is an accountabili-buddy?
A. A buddy to help you stay motivated and accountable during the Challenge. Anyone can be an accountabili-buddy, ask your friend, family member, neighbor, or coworker! Remember the Challenge is FREE.

Q. Will I receive information during the Challenge to help me stay on track?
A. Yes. Each week of the Challenge you will receive 3 motivational emails to keep you going! Visit the Y National STRONG LIFE Facebook Group (created by YMCA of Greater Cincinnati) daily to keep up with your teammate’s wins and share your progress.
Q. Is the Y taking steps to stop the transmission of COVID-19?

Q. Are we required to wear a Face Covering at the Y?
A. Yes. Face Coverings are required at all times unless you fall under one of the EXCEPTIONS outlined by local and national health departments. Click here for clarification of where Face Coverings are required.
