Learn about stressful eating, emotional eating, binge eating, and mindless eating through this healthy lifestyle weight loss program. Our weekly group sessions provide support, motivation, and inspiration, along with tips to develop a healthy relationship with food and adopt a healthier lifestyle to those who are ready for a change. Our focus is on long-term weight loss success using sensible philosophies including group support, exercise, and mindful eating. We meet on Mondays at 5:30pm or Wednesdays at 10:30am at our Lansdale Area Family YMCA.
