Using Goal Center, you can see how well you’re progressing towards a goal you set for yourself. Simply enter what it is you want your goal to be. Maybe it’s a certain number of workouts, calories burned, time or distance. Then set a target range and how long you want your goal to last. Give your workout a name and the Y app will keep you updated on your goal’s progression.
Once your goal is set, you can create a new goal or edit the existing one.
