At the Y, we’re for healthy living. North Penn YMCA offers a wide variety of classes aimed at improving or maintaining a healthy lifestyle including group exercise classes, personal training and fitness classes.

New to Fitness? Start here.
Get fit, get healthy, and get rewarded through this free-to-members program. Our fitness coaches educate you on fitness center equipment, including our strength circuit, and follow up with you on your progress.
Successful participants of all three sessions earn a free 30-minute personal training session.

Group Exercise Classes
Age 16+ | Most group exercise classes are included with full membership including LesMills™, Silver Sneakers™ and more.

Aquatic Group Exercise
Workout in the water with our group exercise classes offered free to full memberships. Aqua fitness builds cardiovascular strength, burns calories and muscle strength and is easy on your joints.

Personal Training
Our team of certified personal trainers is available to help you reach your health and wellness goals at a time that meets your schedule. One-on-one customized training is perfect for individuals new to fitness as well as those seeking to take their fitness to another level.
Small group training also available.

Fitness Classes for Kids
Several fitness classes just for youth are available at both our Lansdale and Indian Valley branch in Harleysvlle.

Teen and Preteen Fitness
12-14 | Preteens and early teens are able to utilize our facilities on their own after they complete the teen fitness orientation. Learn to use equipment in our Wellness Center with a staff member. Click the buttons below to email staff or stop by the Welcome Center

Fitness for Seniors
