Summer Camp at Indian Valley YMCA branch

Join us June 16–August 22 at the YMCA branch in Harleysville! For grades 2–8, our camp offers art, music, nature, swimming, and sports, helping kids build confidence, discover talents, and make friends. Weekly themes, field trips, and special activities add extra excitement. One week or all summer—fun and growth await!

$25 deposit per week per child due upon registration. Deposit is deducted from final weekly payments. Final payments are due two weeks before session start date.

  1. Ensure your child has a North Penn YMCA membership.*
  2. Register for your desired programs online using the member log-in for your child’s membership.
  3. Drop off or mail the completed summer camp registration packet to the Indian Valley branch at 890 Maple Avenue, Harleysville, PA.

  1. Print registration forms (found in the chart below) including registration forms indicating desired weeks.
  2. Ensure your child has a North Penn YMCA membership.*

Camp FAQ

Financial assistance application forms and full instructions for summer camp assistance can be found <online here>

Please include your completed financial assistance application with your camp registration form with all applicable financial documents as requested in the FA application. Financial documents can also be emailed to [email protected].

Applications are generally processed within 2-3 weeks. All requests for summer camp must be received as soon as possible. The deadline to request assistance for our summer camp programs is May 16, 2025.

*Please note that families must first apply for ELRC assistance before applying for YMCA financial assistance. Visit the financial assistance webpage for more details.

  • Snack Lunch and Water Bottle – No refrigeration or microwave available. Please note that camp is nut-free.
  • Proper Clothing – Campers will be active and may get dirty. Please dress your camper appropriately including closed-toe shoes (like sneakers), shirt, and shorts.
  • Swimsuit & towel
  • Closed-toe Shoes
  • Spray on sunscreen
  • Medication if needed/required
