Show off your furry friend in our 2026 Pet of the Y Calendar Contest! Whether your pet is playful, cuddly, or just plain adorable, we want to see them shine while supporting your YMCA community.
How it Works
Step 1: Donate to Enter
Use the Pet of the Y Submission Form below to make your contest donation. Each entry helps support YMCA programs that strengthen our community.
Step 2: Send Your Photo
After donating, email your pet’s photo to [email protected] with your name and your pet’s name. (Photos must be submitted after completing your donation to be eligible.)
Contest Details
- Calendar contest 2026 limited to dogs & cats!
- Third-party judges will select the top photos to be featured in our 2026 Pet of the Y Calendar.
- Every submitted photo will appear on Pet Photo Walls displayed across our YMCA branches.
- Winners will be featured in the calendar and highlighted on our website and social media.
Tips for Your Entry
- Use a clear, well-lit photo that shows your pet’s personality.
- Include your pet’s name and a fun short description or story if you’d like.
- Make sure your donation and photo submission are both completed to confirm your entry.
Important Dates
- Submit your photo(s) by November 6
- Photos picked by third-party judges announced November 17
- Calendars go on sale in early December just in time for the holidays!
