Healthy Kids Day is the Y’s national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids and families. For over 30 years, YMCAs and their communities hosted free community events aimed to inspire kids and families to keep their minds and bodies active throughout the summer months and beyond.

Lansdale YMCA
Join us for a fun-filled day celebrating healthy kids and families at the Lansdale YMCA. Enjoy games, swimming, esports activities, crafts for young children and more throughout the facility. Activities are free and open to the community.
Gym Activities, Family Fit Zone or New Gym
10:00 AM – 11:30 AM Balloon Volleyball, Cornhole, Dodgeball
11:30 AM – 1:00 PM Fun with sports staff with gym games and activities
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM More active play with YMCA sports coaches

1:30 PM – 2:00 PM Duck Race, Join the fun and watch the ducks race across the pool

10:00 AM – 2:00 PM E-Gaming Room open for play, Gaming simulator available, Ezone staff available to assist and guide participants. Lansdale YMCA
Indian Valley YMCA
Bring the whole family to the Indian Valley YMCA for a fun day of games, crafts, sports and swimming. Healthy Kids Day celebrates active play, creativity and family wellness with activities happening throughout the facility.

Families can enjoy casual games of Cornhole throughout the event.
Tiny Tot Activity, Linko Studio
12:00 PM – 2:00 PM Tiny Tot Tumble Time gives younger children the opportunity to explore movement, balance and play in a fun and supportive environment.
Pool Activity
Families can enjoy the pool together while participating in fun games led by YMCA staff.
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM Family Open Swim with Instructor-Led Games
