Oversee YMCA Marketing and Communications department. Responsible for ensuring branding standards are met and creation and oversight of all marketing print materials, news releases, website updates, social media management, member and staff communications, digital marketing and more.
Involved with other areas related to the marketing including public relations, board and committee meetings and membership campaign and communication planning for the North Penn YMCA.
BS in marketing, communications, or related field along with 1 – 5 years of experience in the field. Effective communication skills including written, oral and presentation as well as ability to be creative and offer new ideas.
Experience using WordPress, InDesign, Constant Contact, Adobe, CANVA and SEO analysis is requested. Must me able to multi-task and work with people of all abilities and ethnic backgrounds. Ability to research and analyze both qualitative and quantitate data. Digital and social media experience preferred. Graphic design experience is a plus.
This position is available full time or part time depending on applicant qualifications.

Salary is based on agreed upon hours, experience and background.
