Indian Valley Family YMCA has been given a great opportunity with a grant from United Way to offer Literacy Learners at West Broad Elementary. We are looking for a dynamic teacher to work in our Literacy Learners afterschool program at West Broad Elementary. This position needs a certified teacher who is available to work Mon-Fri from 3:45-5:15 pm. We would consider a co-teacher position and the days can be divided up. The rate of pay is $20.00 per hour. This position will also include as an employee of the Y a full membership to our facility. Teacher and assistant will work with approx. 15 children in grades 2, 3 and 4 who have been identified by the school as those youth who need homework help and extra support.
