Rachel Richardson will be providing free lifting screens to assess the way you move, check for any compensations, and fine tune your barbell lifts. Rachel has experience in Crossfit and Powerlifting and is certified through the Barbell Rehab to educate people about the basics of lifting, how to modify certain lifts around pain, and instruct people of the importance of basic lifts for joint health.
