NEW! Homeschool PE Class
For ages 5–12
Mondays | 10:00–11:00 AM | Starting October 27

Give your child a fun and structured way to stay active during the school day. Kids will build strength, coordination, and teamwork while making new friends in a supportive and energetic setting. Discounts are available for additional children.

Teen Weight Training Class
For ages 14–16

This small group training class is all about empowering teens. Participants will learn proper technique, safe use of free weights, and how to create a balanced fitness routine while building strength and confidence.

Youth Power & Agility Training
For ages 10–13
