The North Penn YMCA is hiring Wellness Center Floor Coaches for our Indian Valley Family YMCA Branch.

Salary: $13-$18 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Complete mandatory wellness trainings within 7 days of hire
- Prepares and maintains wellness equipment and accessories and area before and after programs; reports damaged equipment
- Ability to process, understand and respond appropriately to emergency situations
- Responsible for watching and guarding participant during workout to prevent injury
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards
- Maintain facilities in clean and organized fashion
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform any other functions necessary for the smooth and efficient operation of the North Penn YMCA
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Current CPR, AED and First Aid certification preferred or completed within 60 days of hire
- Effective Communication; written, oral and through presentations
- Must have strong collaborative work ethic
- Ability to interact with people of all ethnic backgrounds, ages, and lifestyles
