Working with our partners at North Penn Commons (site of the Lansdale Area
Family YMCA), we recently began staffing the lobby area of the campus. Our new
Helping Hands Staff are available from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday – Friday
to assist YMCA Members, guests and the clients of our other partners.
The goal is to have this staff supervise the lobby and help provide a safe and friendly
environment. They are all certified in CPR, customer service, conflict resolution
training along with being knowledgeable of all the services available on campus.
We will also be working to provide more health related activities, community events, and educational opportunities in addition to the valuable services each of the
current Partners provide.
The North Penn Commons Campus, located at 606-608 East Main Street,
Lansdale, is the home of four non-profit organizations with a shared lobby. Partners include Advanced Living Communities (Senior Housing) Spark Senior
Services, Manna on Main Street and the Lansdale Branch of the
North Penn YMCA.
