We are excited to offer our members Fitness on Demand at our Lansdale branch beginning this Fall! Fitness on Demand (FOD) is the perfect solution to accommodate your busy schedule. There are tons of high-quality workout classes with full theater sound – all at the push of a button. From boxing to yoga, to Zumba and cycling courses from all over the world, you can experience a large variety of fitness classes, all at your convenience.
Fitness on Demand gives you access to the top trainers and classes on your time. Just pick a class and go. You can choose from an extensive library of group fitness classes featuring top-notch trainers from every training discipline. With new and challenging courses becoming available all the time even the most active gym-goer will never lack for fresh workout material.
