Not sure where to start in the Wellness Center? Sign up for one of three free SmartStart sessions and get a basic overview of the strength and cardio equipment available in our Wellness Center, and get a customized workout created just for you to help you meet your fitness goals. You also receive a FREE 30-minute personal training session after your three SmartStart sessions. Stop by the Membership or Wellness Desk to register.
There are over 160 land and water group exercise classes each week to keep you fit. All fitness levels from beginner to advanced are taught. All adult group fitness classes are included with your membership.
