We believe the teen years are a time for youth to explore who they are and a critical time for developing lifelong healthy lifestyle habits. That’s why we offer teens many opportunities to do both through our sports and fitness programs, through our Teen Leaders Clubs, and through volunteer and employment opportunities.
Youth age 12 and over can use our pools and gyms during open times and access our wellness centers without parental supervision. We recommend that all teens participate in a free wellness center orientation to become more familiar with how to properly use our equipment. We offer several fitness classes specifically for teens. Plus, some of our adult exercise classes are open to teens 13 and up or 16 and up. Check our program guide for class information.
