YMCA Summer Camp at Hatfield Township’s School Road Park offers kids in grades K-6 a fun, active summer with crafts, sports, team-building, and outdoor adventures. Campers enjoy creative projects, science activities, and more, all while building self-esteem and social skills. Flexible 3 or 5-day scheduling options are available, with full-day hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

In partnership with Hatfield Township, pricing is provided for YMCA School Road Park Camp for residents and non-residents.

Hatfield resident

Full day, 5 days per week: $225
Full day, 3 days per week: $155
$10 off each additional child

Non-resident

Full day, 5 days per week: $295
Full day, 3 days per week: $215
$10 off each additional child (3-day)
$15 off each additional child (5-day)

  • Please note that each registered week requires a $25/week non-refundable deposit to reserve your child’s spot. This does not apply to legal residents of Hatfield Township registering for camp in our Hatfield location due to a special agreement with the township.
  • *Memberships can be within a family membership or as a youth program member ($50)

Registration is Easy! There are two convenient ways to register for North Penn YMCA Summer Camp programs: online or at a branch.

  1. Ensure your child has a North Penn YMCA membership.*
  2. Register for your desired programs online using the member log-in for your child’s membership.
  3. Print and complete Rrquired registration packet within 30 days of registering online to finalize camp registration.
    • Mail/drop off paperwork to the Lansdale branch at 608 E. Main Street, Lansdale, PA.

Register At the Branch

  1. Print registration forms (found in the chart below) including registration forms indicating desired weeks.
  2. Ensure your child has a North Penn YMCA membership.*
  3. Drop the completed summer camp registration packet to the Lansdale branch at 608 E. Main Street, Lansdale, PA.
  • Please note that each registered week requires a $25/week non-refundable deposit to reserve your child’s spot.
  • *Memberships can be within a family membership or as a youth program member ($50)

Camp open houses provide camp families the opportunity to meet staff and ask questions. Mark your calendar!

Camp FAQ

Financial assistance application forms and full instructions for summer camp assistance can be found <online here>

Please include your completed financial assistance application with your camp registration form with all applicable financial documents as requested in the FA application. Financial documents can also be emailed to [email protected].

Applications are generally processed within 2-3 weeks. All requests for summer camp must be received as soon as possible. The deadline to request assistance for our summer camp programs is May 16, 2025.

*Please note that families must first apply for ELRC assistance before applying for YMCA financial assistance. Visit the financial assistance webpage for more details.

  • Snack Lunch and Water Bottle – No refrigeration or microwave available. One snack is provided daily by camp daily or parent may provide. Please note that camp is nut free.
  • Proper Clothing – Campers will be active and may get dirty. Please dress your camper appropriately including closed-toe shoes (like sneakers), shirt, and shorts.
  • Swimsuit & towel
  • Closed-toe Shoes
  • Spray on sunscreen
