Students practice exercises at the barre and center floor. Flexibility, musicality, memorization, strength, grace and poise is the class focus. Creativity through dance is encouraged and choreography is practiced. Ballet II builds on the basic ballet steps and terminology learned in Ballet I and is for those who have already taken a ballet class. Students should wear a leotard, tights and ballet shoes.
When: Thursday – 5:15-6:00pm
Guaranteed fun while learning the fundamentals of dance and movement. Develop dance skills through ballet technique, contemporary dance, stretching, tumbling and range of motion exercises. Watch your child’s excitement as they discover a new way to express themselves. Ages 3-5 yrs.
When: Tuesday – 11:15-12:30 pm, Thursday – 10:00-10:45 am & 4:15-5:00 pm
Gym and Swim
Gym & Swim is a great way to introduce your toddler to the gym and pool. After 30 minutes of structured games and activities the class will transition to the pool for songs, skills and games. This program highlights social skills, motor development as well as helps instill self confidence in children as they move between dry land and water. Parent participation is required for this session. Ages 12 months through 3 years. 30 minutes gym time, 15 minute change time, 30 min pool time. Social interaction, confidence building and fun!
When: Monday – 9:15-10:30 am
Our gymnastics programs develop more than skills – they develop character. We offer preschool and youth gymnastics classes. Children learn and develop balance, flexibility, strength and tumbling skills on age appropriate equipment in a fun, open environment.
When: Wednesday – 5:30-6:15pm ages 3-6, Wednesday – 6:15-7:30pm ages 7+
Intro to Gymnastics Level 1 & 2
Children learn the basics of gymnastics in this structured and fun class. Have fun stretching, rolling, running obstacle courses, and building balance while developing strength, flexibility, and social skills. Class gives a fundamental knowledge of the beginner gymnastics skills and vocabulary so students can advance to the next level.

Y-Hoops JR NBA Basketball League
Come join us on the court for our premier Y Hoops JR NBA Basketball League! Your children will further develop their basketball skills during our eight week competitive travel league. Every player will receive equal playing time while learning fundamentals, basketball plays, and more. Included will be a JR NBA jersey and shorts for your child to wear during practices and games.
